What is Refill Rx?
Refill Rx is a web site dedicated to providing you, a pharmacy customer, with access to "your" pharmacy via the Internet. With Refill Rx you are able to perform the following functions:

• Submit refill requests for prescriptions
• Learn the status of your prescriptions
• View and print patient education leaflets
  

Minimum Requirements

• You must have access to the Internet:
  This is generally provided through a service such as America Online (AOL), or through a Local Internet Service Provider (ISP).
• You must have a web browser installed on your computer:
  Examples of web browsers are - Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape and Firefox. Microsoft Windows comes bundled with IE.

Security

• No patient sensitive information is transmitted:
  Refill Rx does not send patient name, SSN, address, or phone number.
• Multi-level password protection:
  Access to the pharmacy web site is controlled by a pair of IDs. In order to access your patient data, a user must know both the Pharmacy ID and your Patient ID. The knowledge of these IDs is controlled by your pharmacy.
• Encrypted and Time-stamped Pages:
  All passwords are encrypted. Also pages are time-stamped to prevent unauthorized reuse.
  

Using Refill Rx

1. Obtain your Refill Rx Patient Identification Card from the pharmacy or simply give us a call.
2. Choose your location from the Refills page.
3. Enter your Patient ID from your card and press enter or click the send button.
   
   This will take you to your personal Rx profile where you may request refills and learn more about the medications you are currently taking.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions to request your refill online.
5. We can even send you e-mail reminders so you never miss a scheduled refill! You can sign up for this service while in your personal profile.
   

If you are having trouble getting logged in to the RefillRx system with the city specific links on the previous page, you can log in manually by using the following instructions.

1. Find the address line in Internet Explorer or Netscape Communicator.
2. Type in the URL http://www.refillrx.com
3. This will bring up the RefillRx webpage.

4. Enter your Pharmacy ID as printed on your RefillRx Patient ID Card in the white dialog box.

5. This will take you to the site of your choice. Scroll down until you see a dialog box as shown below:

6. Find your patient ID on your RefillRx card and type it in the dialog box.

7. From here, you will be taken to your profile screen. Simply select the active prescription you want refilled and your order is on its way.
